Rentals
We promote our area small businesses to take rentals for their small needs such as internet sales warehousing, insurance offices, churches, ect.
Room rental
Our room rentals generally consist of standard classroom sizes of 25x25 feet. We can rent these for hourly, daily, monthly, or for long term and pricing will vary as a result
Indoor Space Rental
Space rentals are strictly hourly rentals and currently at a rate of $25 per hour
Outdoor Fields
We have, on property, several fields useful to our community who want to hold craft fairs, soccer practice, baseball practice and these fields are now usable for those uses.
Gymnasium Rental
Our Gym rentals are also based on hourly rates of $25 per hour but can be negotiated on short term rental agreements
