Room Rentals
Our room rentals generally consist of standard classroom sizes of 25x25 feet. We can rent these for hourly, daily, monthly, or for long term and pricing will vary as a result
Indoor Space Rentals
Space rentals are strictly hourly rentals and currently at a rate of $25 per hour.
Gymnasium Rental
Our Gym rentals are also based on hourly rates of $25 per hour but can be negotiated on short term rental agreements
Onsite Businesses
we promote our area small businesses to take rentals for thier small needs such as Internet sales warehousing, insurance offices, Churches, ect.
Outdoor Spaces
we have, on property, several fields useful to our community who want to hold craft fairs, soccer practice, baseball practice and these fields are now usable for those uses.
About us
Alnwick Elementary School, located in Blount County, Tennessee, was a community staple built in 1918, rebuilt after a 1948 fire, and served local students until its closure in the early 1980s due to school consolidation, with its building now operating as the Alnwick Community Center. Another "Alnwick" school in the UK had its first building open in 1955 as Alnwick South First School, celebrating decades of educating local children before evolving, indicating different institutions sharing the name.
Alnwick Elementary School (Blount County, TN)
Founding & Rebuilding: The original structure was built in 1918, but a fire led to its reconstruction in 1948.
Community Role: It served elementary students in the Blount County area for many years, becoming a central part of the community.
Closure: The school closed in the early 1980s as part of a county-wide consolidation of smaller schools.
Legacy: The building was preserved and repurposed as the Alnwick Community Center in 1985, continuing to serve the residents.
